Salam, I finally finished this video and it has been a wealth full of knowledge. May Allah bless those who came together to bring this to social media for us to watch.
If you haven't already; it is a watch you should give some time to and have a notebook ready, inshAllah! I have taken a course previously by a student of knowledge and what took multiple videos and hours was pretty well summed up in the above video, Allahumma Barik!

✦ If someone asks for your name AND your moms name, keep clear of them and stay cautious.
✦ Stay on top of your adhkaar. Morning & Evening.
✦ Recite "La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa ala kulli shay in qadeer" (100x) translates to: "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, the Alone Who has no partners, to Him belongs Dominion and to Him belong all the Praises, and He has power over all things (i.e. Omnipotent)"
In Sahih Bukhari hadith 3293 and Sahih Muslim 2691 this is what Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) tries to relay.
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “If one says one-hundred times in one day: “None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, the Alone Who has no partners, to Him belongs Dominion and to Him belong all the Praises, and He has power over all things (i.e. Omnipotent)”, one will get the reward of manumitting ten slaves, and one-hundred good deeds will be written in his account, and one-hundred bad deeds will be wiped off or erased from his account, and on that day he will be protected from the morning till evening from Satan, and nobody will be superior to him except one who has done more than that which he has done.”
✦ Stay away from all music. Avoid it as much as you can.
✦ If you feel you have been effected by 'ayn, hassad, sihr, ect... Do ruqya upon yourself and have tawwakul in your Lord and His words & guidance.
✦ Learn to recite Surah Baqarah and recite or play it in your home every 3 days, inshAllah.
And know that if the nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, they would not benefit you except with what Allah had already prescribed for you. And if they were to gather together to harm you with anything, they would not harm you except with what Allah had already prescribed against you. [source]
